Bacchanal and Company (B.A.C.) have decided it’s time to resurrect their pop-up program, not on-site but all around town. In the past, some of the city’s best chefs came to Bacchanal to cook in our backyard. Now B.A.C. will be venturing outside our friendly confines to showcase our creativity in all new settings.

For our second event, we’ve been invited to use the old cottage that gave birth to Nathaniel Zimet’s Boucherie and Ian Schnoebelen’s Iris. Those two chefs popped up at Bacchanal many times over the years. Now we’re taking the the show uptown.

Chefs Miles Prescott & Joaquin Rodas are serving a Peruvian Nikkei-inspired menu while¬†Boucherie’s Bar Manager Jordan Odom will create Peruvian & Asian inspired cocktails taking riffs on the Pisco Sour, & using asian herbs to rethink the classic mint Julep.
