The time has come. Okay maybe it’s been here for a minute, yet it’s undeniable as of late that the gulf brewing region now competes on the national level. Let’s drink to that! Let’s drink to that while we eat the foods that have been sitting here in New Orleans in unmatched pedigree, waiting for this time to come. Boucherie has invited some of the breweries who have been shaping the brewing landscape these last few years by pushing themselves (& quite frankly one another) into making better & better beer. Our regional beers are emerging to share a stage with the cuisine that has made the Gulf South a culinary destination. As we look forward to our culinary calendar’s seasonal shifts, we’re also beginning to anticipate the quarterly offerings & flagship brews being produced right now.
Chef Nathanial Zimet & the Boucherie crew are excited to partner up with the good people of Parish Brewery, Gnarly Barley Brewing Company, Southern Prohibition, NOLA Brewery, Second Line Brewing Co. & Great Raft to bring together not only some of the more exciting beers, but also the people that are helping to shape the brewing renaissance in our region.
This is a sit down, 6 course paired experience. $75 Per Person.
